Praise, Learn, and Pray... We are having a great time in Kids Kingdom on Sunday morning as we discover the messages in the Bible together. Our elementary children are focusing on the most important thing in life, building a relationship with Jesus. We accomplish that by making it fun for the children to learn. We sing songs, do activities, play games, and make crafts to help reinforce what is learned during story time. Come join in on the fun! For more information contact Anne Knapp, 221-1700 xt 204. Kids Kingdom for Elementary age, K-5 is offered at 9:00 am and at 10:30 am at the same time as worship services on Sunday. At 9:00 am the children start out in worship with their parents and participate in a special message time with the pastor. After the special message, the children go to Kids Kingdom with their teachers. At 10:30 am, the children can go directly to Kids Kingdom in the Education Building. The ushers and greeters will be glad to direct you.
Kids Kingdom for Pre-School and Younger kids at IOF. There is Sunday School for all ages at IOF, even the youngest children. We have professional teachers and care-givers for the tiniest infant through pre-school with trained volunteers to assist. Beepers are available for parents to take into the worship service. Sunday School (Kids Kingdom) for pre-school and under is offered at 9:00 am and 10:30 am on Sunday. Bring your infants and toddlers directly to Kids Kingdoms. At 9:00 am preschoolers and older children spend a few minutes in worship with their parents to be a part of the special message with the pastor before going to Kids Kingdom.
Acolytes. Elementary children, 3rd grade and above, love to serve and may become acolytes for the adult worship services at 9 am and 10:30 am. The acolytes take a preparatory class, attend practices and are responsible for portions of the service. They have alot of fun together during the year and are an important part of the worship ministry at IOF.
